And the reverse sanctions...ie. all the economic damage to europe and the US and world would decrease.

In order to buy, the product has to be for sale. I think Russia is about to get a lot more selective (than they already are) about who they sell energy to and on what terms. (think Ruble payments). They know that if they flood the market, the price will come down. Why would they do that? There's no international law that says a country HAS to sell their energy to anyone who wants to buy it. Watch. Most people have no idea what's about to happen. The dismantling of US energy infrastructure, and the disinvestment in the energy industry (money that went to "go green electric" companies that aren't generating much returns so far) is not an accident. It won't be long now and most people will realize that single mode transport, air travel, and consuming goods that require shipping over long distances is on the way out. The supply lines aren't coming back. People will move a lot slower, and a lot shorter distances in the near future....and probably spend a lot of time trying to grow food.
