I'd like to see him have a great life. He responded as many young Americans have over the course of our history, as a militia member prepared to give aid. Remember, the police were doing nothing. A pattern of major cities suffering from riots was already underway. Citizen militia was forced to respond in an attempt to save private property under attack by a mob.
