No. Zen is the art of enjoying whatever you do, or at least some of the things you do, or maybe just one thing that you can spend a fair amount of time doing.

Zen is (also) the realisation that you "don't have to survive". You don't have to get somewhere. When you give up your notions of what you SHOULD do. Nature fills a vacuum. Then your true wishes of engagement can blossom.

This is where "enjoy the little things" spurred from.

Does this extend to include "I don't have to do Zen"? Because if so, I'm already enlightened!

Yes it absolutely does.

And...enlightenment is just like every other day. You'll just feel about 5cm above the ground. Figuratively speaking to be clear. Things don't hit you because you don't really perceive them as "problems". They are happenings. And how you deal with those happenings; read the realisation part again. You'll truly learn what choice is.
