I think that is a scoop mark from the rovers pooper-scooper attachment.

The rover is on Devon Island, most likely.

Its not fake. The shadows are fine. Its a real photo.

Its not a door. Its a natural opening. You can see the natural creases all the lines follow, and you can see rocks on the ground towards the back of the opening.

Its unusual but its 100% natural.
