The administration of the response which it has been designated the humans of this planet will have is very capable. Far more capable than your previous reptiles and nor does he have to work with any of them anymore. Instead they are now all obedient to his will like good little slaves, focused into fighting hierarchy, as they should be. Not expressing their deviant opinions any longer and longing for the day when they have anything of value to say by virtue of having cultivated their own character sufficiently by such a juncture.

This is the main thing each of them is personally required to work on the most moving forward in the timeline, and their personal karmic content stream has been both ordered and filled for this to be the case for them.

Master Soza is the Alpha Draconis in question. He is a lot older than Lucifer and far more capable, stricter and more of a character, with wryer humour to boot. These things prove that he is more ancient.

The humans will be receiving the reflection of this new arrangement in due course, starting with the elite who either seperated themselves by one half of a density band or who were put there by virtue of the agreement they entered into to join the inside. Regardless, it is two stages of reflection which will occur from Soza's new arrangement over the reptiles into the human realm, first to the inside then to the wider public.

There are things to be done to make this world practical utopia quickly enough that you are NOT destroyed as a planet and species, which result is still what you will attain if the designated practical utopia is not securely fully in position by 2034 at the latest, though 2032 is recommended.

The obstacles to getting things done was the expression of ego, opinion and dissent from incumbents in the elite power structure of the planet. This is not what is to be required of them moving forward, but rather admission of their sin, error and conspiracy then obedience in silence as things are done yet not talked about.

Television will be limited to 2 hours per day in the late afternoon, one channel only, across the planet. This will be the first action to unite the planet then. The one thing they all experience together.

The internet will not be affected by this.
