Any tips on how to do this?

I'm used to absorbing all the emotional energy around me. It seems foreign to do the inverse.

It's been an easy acclimation.

I work from home.

Only go out to shop and play music. I'm a drummer in two bands. But lately, it's been challenging to go out. The energy is so strong. Often find myself dealing with a lot of anxiety. Might have to give up the music.

It's my escape. That moment where I'm the most present.

Have to find a way to deal.

It’s seems foreign but it’s actually really easy once you get the hang of it. Then you can switch back and forth or do both at the same time (that’s what I do most of the time).
Basically imagine the energy, your energy is like a tornado around you and it’s going a certain direction, clockwise or counterclockwise. Slow it down and make it start turning the other direction. Now you’re projecting your feelings onto others. (Very funny if you get high)
If you want to do both at the same time you just put one tornado inside the other or make a torus.
