I find when I get out into the rural countryside, I can physically feel all that negative stress energy leave my body.

I don’t know if the cause of that energy is an empathic connection to society, or if it’s a physiological response to being bathed in various cellular/radio/TV/Wifi frequencies 24 hours a day that are (mostly) not present out in the country.

I tend to believe it’s the latter, but other times I believe it’s the former because when I’m in a crowd of people, the sensation is akin to someone plugging an electrical cord into me.

Perhaps it’s both.
