We need a real fact check here for sure.
We are definately in this level clown world though so I think this is completely possible.
Bump this to the degree someone can confirm, this should go international if true.

It's getting covered on multiple news orgs in Canada; the school already stated that they're investigating; apparently the teacher is giving these lessons on her own initiative, without approval from the school. No BS. the actual school involved has given a statement.
