Finland will suffer the same outcome as Ukraine, the British will have set them up pretending to have a security alliance with them in case they are invaded, but leave them high and dry...The Russians will have an easy time in Finland, Sweden could be tougher as there is a large amount of Somali and Afghan insurgents ( sorry immigrants) everywhere, how funny would it be the Brits arming them, it will be like trying to take Afghanistan..... Again...

Going through Finland to invade Russia is MUCH less likely than NATO going through Ukraine. Ukraine has better terrain and a longer border with Russia for invading Russia.
Russia might go No Contact, but they won't invade.

I don't think you know what is playing.
Russia was simply looking for a pretext to invade as they did not digest loosing access to the black sea when USSR crumbled.
Putin is FSB and never made a secret of it he wanted to revive the USSR. He created a quite stupid pretext for himself to be able to explain to his own people (the normal people) that the invasion was required (and as all media in Russia is state run media, people over there do not know much better, so they take it) and Vlad thought it would be a walk in the park as:
1) He thought the Ukrainian army was near to non-existent
2) He thought that a lot of Ukrainians would welcome him as he believed his own fairy tale that Ukraine wanted "denzification"
3) He thought that Ukraine would not receive support by Europe because Europe did not provide support for the Crimea either, neither for Georgia. However, this was one of his biggest miscalculations as Europe united in supporting Ukraine and as a consequence, the US could not lag behind in support. So he basically united the majority of the Western world to support for Ukraine and taking sanctions against Russia
4) Finland/Sweden joining NATO is a much bigger problem than Ukraine joining NATO: no way he can explain his way out of this to the Russian people on the street, as it is a direct consequence of the Ukranian invasion
5) The only things Putin can do with regards to Sweden/Finland joining NATO is
a) Say nothing
b) Threaten
c) Try to invade using regular military equipment: but he won't do that as he knows this is a lost cause
d) The nuclear option: he can win for about 10 minutes, but after that it will be over for all of the world: everyone looses. And that is something he won't do as neither Sweden or Finland are an existential threat to Russia.

So to summarize: he played poker, went all in, called the cards and now sees he is not having the best hand (he had a good hand, but not good enough to win). Once the cards are on the table there is not that much you can do, you know.
