Well, if we are all starving in a post apocolyptic world, which I think should be around middle of next week, we can make a few of these and feed the masses. Not sure how to build them, but looks pretty straight forward. Looks like it was made from some cyclone fence and other odds and ends. A bunch of rebar and a guy that likes to weld could probably knock one together without too much trouble.

I remember when the first one he built was destroyed in a storm, all that work, he was soooo bummed he was almost in tears. Nice to see he got it up and running again, good for him.

I think this is in Alaska and falls under "subsistance fishing".

Dogsleds especially eat a lot of fish over the winter. (slump). they can take like a lot of fish for personal use. (might have been in a different video).

It seems backwards. By that I mean, it's coming out of the water catching fish that are past the other half.

If they had made it coming out of the water upstream side, I think it would catch more??
