3,6 and 9 break base 10 division.
divide 10 by 3, you get 3.33333... multiply that by 3 and you
get 9.9999999.
The fraction 10/3 times 3 equals 10.
Reality is analog, digital representation is never absolutely perfect, but it is usually close enough.
