You may not have long covid
Hi. I’ve discovered something over the last 2 days which has been a real revelation. Over 6 months ago I was “diagnosed” with long Covid. I showed all the symptoms: extremely difficult breathing, lack of energy, weakness, etc. and would suffer a literal attack with chest spasms and extreme breathing difficulty as soon as I tried anything active. So, as I accepted the diagnoses I basically retired to a chair on the main floor as even climbing stairs or simply moving something was exhausting and even painful. The worst part was the chills and the “chest lock up” when I got one. My chest would compress in and hold to the point of intense pain and fear of suffocation. One thing I noticed is when the lock up would occur the pain reminded me of a pain I regularly encountered in my youth. After extreme activity or excersize I would suffer “lactic burn”. Hurts like hell but is a natural body response to overwork. After doing some research I discovered a disorder called “Lactic Acidosis”. The symptoms for it are identical to long Covid. Noting the similarity just for my amusement I decide to treat myself with standard treatment used by bodybuilders to resolve the problem. I purchased Creatine at the gym and proceeded to follow the directions. It’s been 48 hours and already the difference is AMAZING! All symptoms are gone and I’ve been more active today than I have in over 10 months. There is a blood test you can have to prove lactic acidosis from your doc. It’s a blood gas test. The difference is like night and day. I feel like I got my life back. Now if you excuse me I’m going to grab a drink, clean my yard, burn a steak for dinner on the grill and chase my wife around the house… all things I thought I would never do again. Good luck…

No argument here on that. What I’m saying is there may be something else you could have and your near head for a doc won’t think of it

And just because they rammed the thingy up your nose and you tested positive that doesn’t mean it’s right. Hell, you could test anything with moisture and it will test positive.

Look up treatment for lactic acid build up in any physical fitness program. Creatine is the standard treatment. Acidosis is simply your system is in lactate overdrive. And again, most doctors are book idiots.

Yup. Just Creatine in water. Follow the directions as if you are a beginner. Go to a gym or Popeyes to get info on Creatine loading.

All I’m using is Creatine. I’ve added nothing different to my regimen (I have moderate COPD) and no change in diet. Just followed Creatine loading instructions on product and then will continue maintenance program.

Re: You may not have long covid
Long Covid is nothing more than chronic low levels of Vitamin D.. my wife was hospitalised with Covid yes it's real, her bloods came back extremely low on Vit D and appeared to have long Covid, after fighting the bio weapon...she's been supplementing 4000 Ius of Vitamin D daily for 3 months and now 90% of her symptoms have gone.. I bet any of you long Covid suffers are experiencing the same thing if you get your Vit D levels checked..

The long clots are only showing up in vaxxed persons. So is it Covid which a cold virus (all cold and flu virus are Covid viruses) or the vax?

Thanks for the info. Might try this along with Vitamin D.

Does it matter which kind of creatine we'll use?

Glad you’re feeling better. Thoughts and prayers with you. As for creatine, I used to be heavily involved in weight lifting for sports and I always stuck to protein shakes, but I knew a bunch of dudes that took a lot of creatine and eventually it caused one of their heart valves to close. The kid was only 18 at the time too. Essentially the peak of his heart health. Just saying be careful.

Re: You may not have long covid
NOT MED ADVICE TRY AT YOUR OWN RISK - THIS IS CLOSE TO THAT DOCTORS’ ALLIANCE GROUP AGAINST COVID THAT SUPPORT IVERMECTIN BASED TREATMENTS. DOUBLE-CHECK WITH THEM, BUT ITS SOMETHING LIKE THIS.

Try:
Vitamin C: 2,000mg
Vitamin D: 2,000-4,000
Zinc: 160mg
Ivermectin: 3-5 days and then 1/week for 2 weeks after (determine the appropriate dosage by your weight)

I think I had covid. Had a cough, runny nose. Couldn't smell. Body cranked a fever and burned it right out of me. I was going to go get some horse paste, but it's pretty much gone a week later.

Pffft.
