wasn't the battle in heaven eons ago? they are just now having the trial?

His trial is for the Fallen Angels and Satan who has ran out of time..GOD does not allow him anymore time to rein havoc on earth forever. .Lucifer was defeated and removed.. Satan was a lucifer servant and was not removed until 700 years ago approx.
