Sounds like you folks might have genetic defects. I eat plenty of wheat products, and have no issues with it. One of the benefits of being of superior Northern European genetic stock. Consume lots of dairy, too, without so much as a burp. Low cholesterol and a BMI that hovers right around 20, even in late middle age.
