I agree with you about wheat, but you're not thinking critically here. If there is a crunch on one sector of a food supply there will be on all of it. How long do you think it will be before your wheat eating neighbors are coming to you for food they think you have? How long before wheat eating members of your community are rioting on the streets because there is voting to eat? No one even thinks about cause and effect anymore. None of this is by accident.
