Those cases will get dropped. Any user on any platform agrees to terms of service. This is contract law 101 and any legislator is wasting your tax money arguing against it

It appears that a 3 judge panel disagrees with you.

A contract cannot violate people's unalienable rights.

One of those if freedom of speech.

Should contracts be able to supercede the constitution?

Hell 26 states have made laws against the first amendment to keep people from talking about a foreign nation calling themselves Israel!

Isn't that in direct opposition to the first amendment?

Texas is one of those states.

Funny how conservative states don't mind trampling the first amendment for fake Israel yet cry like babies when their precious gets in the cross hair

Yes, but 90 percent of the case will be unequal application of terms of service. Crowder has been working on this case for 6 years and yes they can have a term of service but it must be equally applied. He had thousands of examples of for example

Time to visit Nancy Pelosi resulting in a ban

Time to visit trump is amplified.

This is not a free speech issue it’s a violation of their own TOS specifically to censor ideas not stated in their tos.

THIS WEBSITE CENSORS CONTENT!!!
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 83251067

Actually, it doesn't let you post certain words.

Yes, though, having a list of EXACT terms and words not allowed/prohibited might be okay.

Either way, not letting you voice your opinion, no matter how vial or untrue should not matter, UNLESS there is a "I will not lie" part of the TOS but don't think that would fly with the GLP folks. Well, Biden like the idea, though, enough to make someone in charge of what is the truth and what is a lie.

Oh don’t like it when we fight corporations I see. It’s just starting, notice none of them had one word to say about the abortion case.

Charging for a service then banning one from using that service seems fraudulent.

Happens often here.

They have to implement those policies equally.

I see the left posting threatening tweets all day. Nothing happens.

Last week some guy was complaining that it would be more difficult for his girlfriend to get an abortion next time she gets pregnant and he never wants kids. So I suggested he cut his balls off…. My account was suspended.

So murder via abortion is okay - chopping your balls off is suggesting harm and deserves an account suspension. .

I live in Texas. This could be big for people like me. They've censored my band Under the Gallows across all platforms. I believe the big media platforms are all working together to censor any type of dissent. They can't make it obvious for people who haven't broken the law. I don't think we're bad either, but they won't let me share my stuff because they say the name is racist. Tell me what you guys think.

I'm going to program my bot to sue the fuck out of Twitter!

Soon Twitter will be 100% bots arguing with each other about how much money they will get from the lawsuits.
