Those cases will get dropped. Any user on any platform agrees to terms of service. This is contract law 101 and any legislator is wasting your tax money arguing against it
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 72542678 those click agree to terms of service are not legal contracts. think again. Charging for a service then banning one from using that service seems fraudulent. Happens often here.
