I have been vegan over 10 years and I regret not doing it sooner. The truth community is a strange place where I would have assumed most would have changed their diet by now. But they are swayed by the 'humane meat' or 'grass-fed beef' bullshit. It's sad and the only ones who suffer are the animals in the end.

There's never a humane way to kill an animal that doesn't want to be killed, whether in a factory farm or your backyard farm.

I am in the best shape of my life and I eat primarily rice/quinoa + legumes + sweet potatoes + dark leafy greens + tons and tons of fruits by themselves. Food combination is key and you start to understand that when you are focused on digesting things quickly. Meat takes 8+ hours to digest, and humans are not physically designed to swallow meat whole and raw like real meat eaters.
