Russia was a 3rd world country during ww1 and ww2.

Stealing german scientists after ww2 gave them a boost to get them a space program and help them set up some industries, but russia peaked in those years. In the 60 and 70 when those german scientists had died, they have been going downhill ever since. The eurasian steppe people just arent capable of reproducing the technology that white men created.

They have the s400 anti air/electronic jamming system which would make these ‘drones’ obsolete but aren’t using it.

They have heat tracking visuals to determine oncoming troop formations and individuals with anti tank but aren’t using it.

They could basically carpet bomb then advance which they aren’t.

Now are they trying to drag NATO to actively engage in Ukraine or is all this technological weapon art a complete lie.

Considering the swiftness that they erased ISIS and pushed NATO countries out of Syria I believe either the war is b0ll0cks and it’s all for show or Russia is trying to drag NATO forces into Ukraine.

But it could be bollocks because the BRICS country have an alliance similar to NATO in that if one of the countries is attacked the other within BRICS would attack together -

Now Brazil, India, China, Iran as well as countries such as Venezuela etc could suddenly launch attacks. This would mean a multiple front around the world that would scatter the NATO forces……………nothing.

At the same time if NATO was serious as well as troop buildup in eastern Europe we would be seeing mass troop movement to Alaska and mass buildup north of Norway etc. again something doesn’t make sense. No Russian citizens are being expelled from western countries and considering the threat of nuclear this would be the first action………. Nothing.

We need to look at who is suffering - we the people are the ones suffering yet again………..why didn’t Russia invade 12 months ago when the rest of the world was in turmoil during lockdowns which would have severely restricted troop movements etc, even creating health hazards when the ‘pandemic’ was at its worse simply because it would have made viral spread far easier if 10,000s of troops were masses together.

This makes sense. There's no way Russia could really be losing a war against Ukraine. Winning wars is what Russia does best.

It's because they are losing.

It is not true they sent their old tanks in as bait. We have seen every fielded battle tank model get destroyed minus the Armata. Including export t90m's. Why the Russians are having to dip into their export armor is sort of telling.

During their assault on Kyiv they lost a shit ton of elite units. Everything from VDV to GRU even some VMF. The entire 331st VDV got wiped out. That's like American losing large numbers of Green Berets, SEALS and the entire 82nd airborne.

Without a full mobilization Russia is going to lose and if they do have to fully mobilize... that's kind of embarrassing as well, given all their bluster.

They can't even knock out the Ukrainian air force... how are they ever going to tackle NATO?

If you wanted to annex (or FREE, as the case may be) a neighbour country comprised of mostly your countrymen, with as little damage to infrastructure and civilian life as possible, what would you do?

You would use conventional ground units and tactics, move slowly, consolidate territory and have engineers repairing critical infrastructure as you go. Sound familiar?

Or look at it this way - If your brother in law is an abusive asshole and wants to join a group of thugs that will then try to take over YOUR house, do you carpet bomb that house with your sister, nieces and nephews in it? Or do you go in, take out the brother in law, and make sure the thugs won't try anything?

I swear - too many "COD Generals" that have no idea what is ACTUALLY at stake.

They are using thermals in several of their tank models. We've literally seen every type of fielded tank except the Armata get destroyed in Ukraine. Including export model t90m's.
