Really wow, people awake about cloud seeding/weather manipulation since that long ago. Woodstock mustn't have been only about music and drugs, strange place to talk about conspiracies.

And it absolutely did rain.

Nothing new under the sun

Actually it was the remains of Hurricane Camille.

There was a guy, maybe 10-15 years ago who was a pilot for a cloud seeding plane that was on different internet broadcasts a few times. He said they used cloud seeding in Vietnam to wash out parts of the ho chi minh trail.

He also advocated using it on hurricanes, to spend them out in the ocean before they hit land.

I've also read that cloud seeding was done out west to fill up the lakes for the dams. I don't even think this was much of a secret as I recall that there were actually companies that did this.
