I simply don't understand why certain people believe that we get tattoo's to be unique? To impress others?

Why do you believe we care what you think? I won't speak for everyone, but personally, the perception of others on my tattoo's never entered my mind in my decision making process.

My tattoos are for me. They mean something to me. What they mean to you is utterly and completely irrelevant.

The problem here is that if I'm looking at a naked lady, I want to see every inch of her skin and flesh, and tattoos are distracting from the actual nakedness. It's almost as if they are clothes, interfering with the actual appreciation of her tits, back, ass, and vulva.

It does. I have a girlfriend and when we're in bed, even if it's dark, I can feel the tattoos. Her skin is absolutely the best I've ever felt, yet the tattooed skin has a different and rougher texture. Her tats are very artistic and well done, but they're still don't feel as good as her true nakedness without them.

The only time I think a tatoo is okay is when it signifies the persons time in an organization like armed forces but they don't do that anymore.

I think people get tattoos for several reasons .
Some as a sentiment or tribute to someone that they love or loved .
Some as a way to be cool and the in crowd
Some so people will think they are tough
Some so people look at them an attention getter like piercings or long hair on men .
Some to piss off goodie too shoes .

I wouldn’t ever get a tattoo myself . I have no real opinion either way I don’t admire them or look down on people that have them . I just don’t have any real interest in tattoos .
