Oregano oil, resveratrol, curcumin and bioperine. If a person can handle it, I can't, the green tea eccg, that makes my heart race, but this works in the lungs, all of them work in the lungs and they like to work together and in one study there was green tea involved.

They also lengthen telomeres, along with something directly in dandlion leaf, stem, roots, and milk thistle, which is longevity.

Does a person have to choose to fight on, or longevity, not necessarily but I do believe you choose to foster life, mind/body/soul and especially if you have family and reasons to persist in fighting this battle, because ultimately your soul will decide that for you.

If you're meant to graduate the cosmos or move on, to do work behind the scenes that you have to return to or initiate even, I don't think mistakes are made by seeing health mind/body/soul.

Ummm, I do believe I've posted about both God and Christ, eh?


In case anyone doesn't know this, I count myself as already "saved" by the Christ Spirit. Christed energy healed me in numerous ways after I woke up, before I was experienced enough to do it on my own. I was TAUGHT by that energy, through example, how to heal my consciousness....because it is so very benevolent.

I may be a joker, I may get naughty at times, I may get loud and overtly obnoxious about our supposed leaders, but I do have a stream of Christ energy running through me, pretty much at all times. It's what humbles me, when humbleness is what I need to feel.

I've been up since 2:30 am this morning, lol, I'm so full of energy!....

I started taking a more potent form of CoQ 10, and that supplement just sends my body into hyper-drive....youse guyses feel like you could use more energy? Get yourselves some CoQ 10. It's excellent for the heart and circulatory system, too.

Anyway, I want youse guyses to know that I feel like I'm arming myself with all I need to battle this disease right into the ground, choking it out....heh, I am so not deterred by being told no one survives it.

Me being told that just raised it up to challenge status, and not a death sentence. I can be a stubborn cuss....


As well, thankfully, I'm not feeling so emotionally touchy this morning. I don't like it when I get emotionally touchy with people, just because I'm having an issue and I can't manage with ANY friction. It feels even less attractive than it appears, I assure you.

Well, there is one thing I know for sure, "God helps those who help themselves", and if I want to be saved, then I have to be in this better than 100%....after all, that's what I'm wanting from my doctors and my spirit, better than 100% attention.

Also, it occurred to me this morning that the Falun gong will probably, at least if I request it to, help with eradicating the energy of the mildew LisaDiane identified....heh, I'm now understanding from my guidance that the energy movement from this modality will remove more than just than just the energy of the mildew, and that I should have no doubts. They seem to be very happy with how I'm moving forward.

This is a relief, because I was unable to follow some advice I had been given about quitting smoking about 1.5 months ago. I was told if I could stop smoking everything for two weeks, cigs and weed, then the addiction to nicotine hump would be surpassed, my lungs would get a much needed break, and then when the two weeks were over, I could go back to smoking weed, and be cig free.

Was I able to do that?....no, I was not. My guidance told me quite exasperatedly, that there was nothing they could do to help me.

I completely felt like a loser piece of shit, and it scared me a little. I don't want them going away, because I'm an addicted dumbass about smoking.



It is very good to feel such the happiness from guidance. It was such the moment for me when they said they just couldn't help me, like that.

But I've been wondering how to go about eradicating the energy of it since she suggested it, and that thought just popped into my head!

It really is very noice being "connected"....

Heh, I just told a friend in text, that it feels like the universe is moving everything to my favor.

I have no doubt my GLP buddies here have had a "developing" hand in that....

We are shifting the energy away from the controllers as we finish the ending of the game here. Like I told you in email as well how I got a much needed break for my injured leg by getting an office job coming up soon just as I needed it. Remember, these fallen controllers and AI have no real power....only the power we give them. Brute force won't work against them...but the truth does. Was just reading something on Stargate Atlantis show and as an example...think of how fast the Ori lost their powers once the Priors were free of their programming.

....if this day gets any better, I might just POP!


I've found someone to pick me up from the cath lab, my son, so I'm going on the schedule next Tuesday, and I don't have to do the pre-op COVID test again.

Heh, I've had to have three COVID tests now. The first one I was in the ER, had to be admitted, and they needed a COVID test done. The nurse came at me with that swab, and I raised so much unholy hell, the charge nurse told them to give me a mouth swab instead....

The other two times, I told the swabber that if they went too deep, they and I were going to be throwing down....heh, that pause and looks on their faces was priceless, but they didn't go too deep, either....

I really don't put up with nothing from medical professionals....

So, next Tuesday morning, same time, same bat channel!....


And my GLP buddy ordering the oregano AND some organic ceylon cinnamon for me, because they have so many points, they were gotten for FREE!

I think Mercury was in retrograde when I was born, so it doesn't usually affect me that much....well, except for the last one. That one I has having to FIGHT to get everything done I needed done. I was given a car by my mom, and getting it shipped to me was a nightmare. Too many issues for what would've otherwise been fairly simple.... gee, thanks Mercury!

It kind of blew me away. Watched a video and while every interpretation may be more fine tuned and could have different meanings. Quickly did my entire family and a close friend and saw what I've seen all my life. Also, one of the connections for me that implied mission there, had no idea, but the minute saw it in writing just about burst into tears, there is an entire chapter of so much sorrow that went down during those Orion wars, and Rigel takeover. Many were on missions trying to assist or lend a helping hand. And then the escape group to Procyon. More there but there are protocols, but that explained one of my current experiences.

The thing is, the emotion of intense sorrow and knowledge of this chapter just out of my sight, hit me a split second before the words registered about those connections.

Not doing the courses either. Just the part where you plug in your birthdate, time and location and you get more than our solar system, you get star systems, conjuncts, opposites, trines, squares oppositions, different people maybe blocking some of your freedoms and creativity, the systems helping. Conjuncts and opposites are probably incarnations in the past or even future, and trines missions, energies that assist. Friends.

But also its suddenly learning, mode for me, looking at the 12 houses and what it means to say, this pattern is involved in relationships, or family or mission/work. Was rather surprised as I said lyra, its there quite strongly, along with Procyone and Centauri Hadar. And then looking and seeing even opposite energy family, and some of their opposite systems, still there were areas where we had shared something, in Lyra or Orion where there were missions, lots of missions.

On the chart you put your data in, then you have to copy and paste and I made quite a few mistakes here, to the next right hand screen, and you click the import data button below this, then scroll down and I clicked on show trines and all the boxes I could and the extended starseed button, and you can save as pdf to your computer and do your family, anyone you know the birth time.

2 of my sons, my oldest and middle out of 5, I don't remember which was the 5 26 am or the 6 30 am, so did 2 for each, just in case. They were almost the same anyway, slight differences.

The only one I firmly remember was my youngest, doctor came in at 12 15 on her lunch, and told me to push and he was born in 15 intense moments. I only started the contractions but I was being induced. So he was born at 12 30 noon, doctor's lunch break.

It was roughly 9 30 pm for one and 11 30 am for the other. Though to be safe I also did the 9 15 and 11 15.

And the posting is because you never know, what you signed up for, and everywhere you may have been or had connections to, its mind blowing really.

A close friend and experiencer, has had interesting dreams, profound ones, one had to do with a wall in the road that she kept trying to run and leap over with her car and an angel sitting beside her unimpressed always unimpressed. she woke up and her grandson back in his happy innocent days saying, you weren't meant to go over that wall. You had to drive through it!

Work through those blocks!



Another time she didn't understand why she was here, and Guides or Family showed her the amazing star connections she had made amongst friends, family and acquaintances and it was like some kind of sacred geometry, that she had done something amazing.

Another time she was assisting a child where the birth wasn't right, and she kept saying, Surely There Is Someone Other Than Me, More Competent than me. And the baby was screaming this nonstop primal scream and she somehow touched the infant and she opened her eyes and looked directly into hers. I can't remember the full details. But peace and transition happened. She found out the next few days that at that time someone connected to her group had a still birth child.


She nearly died pneumonia before covid. The doctor thought it was her smoking and cancer even. She succeeded with a patch and esmoke to quit smoking. She was drifting in and out of reality and spending time in what seemed like past life, a European broker surrounded by art and prized possessions, almost like a picasso painting.

And then she saw these dumbs and tyranny and she kept saying, we failed, we didn't make it, we failed, we didn't make it.

Suddenly beams of light errupted from earth, Sprites shouting GO TO THE RIFT, and she said, we succeeded. We won. We made it. We Won.


Then when she gets overwhelmed and upset, I bring those up, because of those we don't lose heart.
