i would not use a public bathroom unless absolutely needed. and i'm a guy. for some ppl this may mean adult diapers.is an option.

as to gloves-put a box of disposables in your car. use a pair every time u get out. the objective to me was to keep the inside of the car virus free. been that way for over 2 years. u can even put the mask in a plastic bag while driving.

next option- since some can't use the disposable gloves. buy kitchen gloves. keep a small bucket with bleach in the car with a lid. u can put the gloves in this between stores or use to wash the gloves off. this is better than hand sanitizer as the chemical is in contact with your hands/gloves longer.

u can even do the bucket idea at home for your hands. make up a bucket of bleach and water. use it as u prep food, touch mail, etc.

remember too that some of these viruses are in the air. as u enter stores and are blasted at entry with air, your hair is contaminated. u don't want this running down into your eyes. this is 1 reason i went to bleach baths with covid. when u are in hot spots such as stores or hospitals, take the bleach baths. set in this water for several minutes, submerged. showers are too quick and the water runs down . all the particles in your hair run past your face. too risky.

the bleach baths has been a good idea for us. i add a cup and half of bleach. then fill tub to where it will cover a milk jug. this water is used to clean whatever we buy. canned food, packs of meat, plastic containers, or jugs can set in the water while u wipe other stuff down. this is better and quicker than wiping everything down. then fill the tub the rest of the way and take your bath after.

again, adjust the procedures depending how hott your area is with covid and MP.

i like the definition of buggin in. we did that in the beginning with covid. went out as little as possible,mighta been once a month. even wear masks and gloves to go downstairs to get the mail. still do this but we are out more nowadays.

am using a half-faced mask with cartridge filters. rotate filters and wash masks and goggles. we do go thru lots of gloves and bleach.

i do have garbage bags and duct tape. may need more of these if the MP goes real bad. with what we know so far, i think my practices will work well enuf. but i am not in a metro city.

we have had our own personal issues. vehicle bad luck. otherwise, our lockdown or buggin in has went fine. sure we miss doing some things and have not seen family. our goal is still to move from here to a more rural area. we too worry bout electricity. have water stashed and buckets that we can fill if it goes out. have plenty of candles.

for those who can not move, look into buddy propane heaters. stock plenty of tanks. u can use the small heater to heat 1 room. could even make a tent with blankets. there are ways to make heat and cook in emergencies. consider them now and stock ahead of fall and winter.

This sounds absolutely exhausting and a tad neurotic.

u all need to watch this film- it is bout apower outage that occurs due to a pandemic. lots of good intel in this.

so is driving speed limits, stopping at signs, or breathing. so also is cooking food.

Do not use public washrooms. PERIOD. If you have to then take a piss, then wash hands from your own bottle (keep a seperate bottle for this). Then take out a tissue square and open door with that. Avoid taps and handles like lava.


I prefer the showers. You cannot neutralize every pathogen. I just keep my eyes closed for that time. Take shampoo, lather up nicely, rinse, then wash face and neck. Do this for 3 times consequently. Keep eyes closed throughout all this.

I like your gloves idea. I will long coroner gloves and make some kind of contraption/stand to remove them from my hands without touching. Then disinfect them with bleach rinse and uvc. Disposable gloves will only be for high risk works/zones.

Half face respirator. Nice. I am thinking about those but no one even wears a mask nowdays. Though today I saw some of my colleagues with large pus filled pimples so I'm gonna start wearing an N95 from tomorrow.

I’ve got a few days in London next week for a major sporting event. The idea of two full days in a huge stadium is a bit worrying now. I won’t have any choice but to use the public toilets many times

as we have seen based on the data posted here before, the world will have to live with MP from now on. it can and will show its ugly head over and over again. b like small pox but less deadly.

were cautions i posted long long ago. even took many of the notes and started a thread on the Phases of a Pandemic in 2020. when the world thinks any of these viruses is over, b very careful. do not follow the sheep. the MP is 1 of those that will jump back up out of no where. it can survive for very long periods in a coat sleave for instance. on something ppl don't pick up or touch often.

with the sores and children deaths that are coming, this 1 could collapse society. i do think the govern's know this and have been stockpiling supplies and food ahead of it. i think this is 1 reason behind the "all hands on deck" policy we have seen for over a year. note the more cases of MP , the more covid guidelines have been removed. all to continue pushing the supply chains up.

our med staffs are overwhelmed. even here at the edge of the "rocking chair zone", we have lack of personnel in our med offices. covid took out lots of ppl. it ravaged some office buildings and entire staffs disappeared. they didn't all die according to the #'s locally. are they disabled or chose to retire? we are talking upper end income ppl and nobody returned to these offices. totally new ppl.

some places, the US is 1, could b staring down a triple wave scenario. the next covid variant and MP and the next variant after that. there are 2 circulating the EU and parts of Asia now. the US is not ready for 1,let alone 3.

thou we can not see a good outcome or society holding together, we must caution ourselves. we have seen the slow burn of doom for over 2 years already. in JAN 2020, did anyone think we would make it this far? or foresee the world dealing with covid this long? GLP's DR did post bout places going in/out of lockdowns repeatedly with the waves. i did not think the ppl could take that yoyo way. ppl like consistancy not change over and over. and the US never did go completely into a hard lockdown,let alone off/on repeatedly.

the govern think tanks do have some ideas. IMO they have not had enuf time to formulate a good plan. expect we will hear mixed messages soon. like we had bout wearing masks for covid. they'll tell us 1 thing and change it within a cpl days.

we must prep for the long haul on this. we are now in our 2nd pandemic. i do not see a way out. there are 2 ways this can go. collapse of society and life as we knew it. past tense cause it has been gone for many of us. OR somehow we deal with it for 10 years, so til 2030. what society would look like or how we make it those 10 years is highly debatable. i don't see it,not clearly.

do the best u can to avoid catching any of these viruses. the odds do say the next will most likely b deadlier than the prior 2. history does state society as we know it has survived many times before. wars, the fall of Rome, the fall of the British Empire, famine, small pox outbreak, plague, etc. all happened, yet the govern's remain in charge.

personally, i do think this era of pandemics will rate up there with the Great Flood

INDIA, are u still using the N-95 white masks? i thought u said P-100.

i had those early on. did my write ups on the old covid thread. tried to heat treat them. the temp needed to kill the virus was too high. masks melted. did several experiments on that.

what i came up with was a rotation. u need plenty of masks to do this. come home put masks in a bag. at the end of the month, set this bag aside for 1 more month. start a new bag. do same thing for another month. now u can reuse the 1st bag full of masks. reason for this is to make sure the last masks for the month set for 1 full month. this goes back to when we were not going out often.

so the mask u put in the bag Aug 30th, sets there all of SEPT til OCT 1. the masks u took off the 1st of AUG will have set for longer. it does take a lot of masks. if u are not going out only 2 times a month, it really ain't many masks.

half faced masks and cartridges can b found. i did score more filters a few months back. i do the same thing with these filters. rotate them for a month. can wash masks in bleach water, soak them for 15 minutes in solution of 1 cup bleach to 3 or 4 gallons of water. then rinse off. use gloves when putting the mask on/off and when installing the filters as those are considered contaminated even thou they sit for a month.

i'll add this note-

covid does not seem to b infecting ppl from surfaces. there are a few reports that it does. based on my own observations of ppl and how they use the cloth masks, we would have seen higher case counts otherwise. ppl touch the masks and their faces and everything else.

the MP will infect ppl from surfaces more than via the air. based on the data thus far.

hence the guidelines to prevent covid will not work for MP. we now have to avoid being contaminated via air and surfaces both. how proactive u want/need to b depends on your own health and how hot your area is with the viruses.

if society collapses or ppl start dying in the streets, we might have to use garbage bags to make suits. hopefully that day never comes.

I have 4 half face respirators with a pair of p100 filters for each. I even made some prefilters for them and now each pair can easily last over a year. Also got some goggles.

I use N95s (3m ones) because the situation is mild now. My priority is just avoiding pollution and respiratory aerosols . I think N95s are enough for that. My state doesn't even have a case. I'll bring out p100 when case count is above 100 or any case in my proximity.

I don't cycle masks. Cycling may kill the covid or monkeypox but still the dirt, the sweat and oil and smell makes it unusable. It's also hot and humid in my area so keeping a mask in a bag will just harbor more bacterias and whatnot . It just doesn't seem right.

Why do you cycle respirator cartridges. No need for that. Btw which respirator and cartridge do you use ?

i prefer the half -face masks,better seal. but we aren't at 0 cases. reality with vaxed carriers, our cases are higher than last year. i have a couple different types. picked em up at different spots early on. CHINA was already buying up and shipping masks back home.

the cartridges do filter. hence that part is contaminated and can't b washed. even after i set them aside for a month, i consider them contaminated.

what u are doing makes sence to me based on location. i don't have the dust here. my building is very dry, so never had mold issues.

You’ve raised a good point again, that many have previously. A vital clue. Very unlikely MP is a released disease, as the elites would get it. Yes some could argue they may have an antidote. Maybe it has been released but could only affect those with a V.

But the real factor or component. Is the covid V that is the primer. Without it there cannot be a pandemic. By introducing the V it makes it possible to have a global pandemic in the modern age of medicine, which would not have been possible otherwise.

Its also very worthwhile considering that the nasopharyngeal test has or is playing a role as a primer too

watch for a news dump from now to Sept. if it is merged with covid, 'd expect the MP to keep mutating. this would b the next clue.

if that doesn't happen , we are back to square 1 figuring out what China knew early on.

Jazz When I heard about another variant in India it really reminded me of the covid earlier days.

We know. That’s all it takes. Turn on the news one day and find out a new variant has spread from such and such a place and is worse.

Also the animal reservoir ‘excuse’ has been prepared. All they have to do is come along in the same fashion and say a deadlier variant has appeared in this way.

This could change in a moment. The scene is really set.

I feel like this has been given time to circulate or whatever is going on. In time for the real period that favors spread and people’s immune system is weaker due to less vitamin d (plus many are V’ed of course) that period starts when the kids go back and autumn turns to winter.

Looking for something that will protect against the Common Cold, Monkey Poo, Phosgene, Volcanic Ash, 350lb body odor just in case I need to go in public.

Time to get the best on the market. Looks like Biowarfare is going to be commonplace and more intense in the coming future.
