Also people that don't fit the criteria (Men that have sex with men) are being refused testing, so that will also add to the increase. Its just a slow burn, but its burning. Also the release of numbers is controlled. When they want panic stations it will happen! But yes they have only just changed the testing criteria and how many tests for Mpox are actually available - it was a very very rare disease until a month ago. How big is the risk to straight community Does VXed status make a difference How can you catch it What are the cures both preventative and treatment Thanks all no,not just gays. looks that way cause they are not testing others yet. risk level is high. in some ways more contagious than covid. the MP stays alive way longer than covid on surfaces and in air. harder to kill it. once this gets out in the community more, it is but not in high #'s and they aren't testing women and children, ppl will get this from touching anything. used cars, couches, clothing, etc. anything made with cloth could have the virus on it for months later. best bet is prevention, which means stockpile now. alcohol and bleach will help but need to wet things down heavey. are a cpl treatments including the pitcher plant and the blue mentioned earlier. we need to up our game with what we do to prevent catching covid.
