We had our first case yesterday.
Not the typical demographic…elderly from a care facility…which means it’s probably going to spread all over these homes since the care is notoriously bad.
Quoting: pish The obvious lead on question to that is how did Granny get exposed? How many other Grannies were exposed the same way? A commercial laundry service that has contracts with multiple nursing homes/hospitals will be a nightmare scenario. I read somewhere in the thread that 1/5th of the cases are among Health care workers. Because apparently it’s not an HCID anymore - utter bollocks !
