The goal of clean energy is to force people not to drive, move to cities, and use public transportation. All so you are more easily controlled.

Look at what you believe. Beliefs are not knowing. I do agree with the kill switch thing. however these could be used.... for good too you know. they could be used to slow down a speeding car and such and more. But didn't you post a bit farther up that a car using axle rotation for power would result in it being free? It read to me like you thought that was some sort of perpetual motion machine.
