I'm in NZ

Brought 4 bdrm house in 2015 for $260, sold in 2019 for $515.

Brought 3 bdrm house in in 2019 for $650, sold in 2021 for $830

Brought 5 bdrm house in 2021 for $890, now valued at $1.1mil.

All in Waikato NZ. Prices here are insane.
