Sounds like WEF talking points...

You will own nothing and be happy.

I did see an article recently about how younger people now are not going for anything large - the smaller and more eco friendly the better. Plus, they are absolutely ok living on top of each other.
Not sure they are looking for the same thing.

No, I got your point, just reminded me of an article/newscast I just saw.
Know exactly. My business is commercial real estate. Am selling now for $20-$30+ SF for something I bought for $2 SF (and some is just two years ago).
