95’ paid 45k for a 900 sf home OKC.
99’ sold for 54k. ( worth 145k now )
99’ paid 174k for a 2700 sf home Okc.
03’ sold for 194k. ( worth 315k now )
03’ paid 427k for a 2700 sf home Seattle.
11’ sold for 600k. ( worth 2.5 million now )
11’ paid 725k for a 5700 sf Dallas.
22’ sold 1.3 million.
All I did was learn everything about home inspections and mortgages. The rest took care of itself. Never used any of my own money just in case I needed to walk away. Yes. There’s ways of using 100% someone else’s money. And you should. Use yours as investment vehicle.

Because of the equity and I’m completely cashed out, I walked away with over 800k of someone else’s money. Spent it all to build my dream property. Should’ve kept that Seattle home.
