130k for a family built brick ranch with full basement on 3 acers. We plan on passing the house down to my son. It may be the only way he can get a home by the time it comes for him to marry. Who knows?
He may get a break and get a opportunity come his way if he works hard.
I dunno.
The future looks bleak.
