Evolution.

Evolution is a lie and scientifically impossible as an explenation for anything BASED ON SCIENCE, here James Tour explains why:

You don't know what you're talking about. 'Origin of life' is not evolution, and James Tour (who is not a biologist) is at odds with the scientific consensus.

Have not watched yet, probably a good video.

Recently it occurred to me that is organisms evolve to a higher level then why havent ALL species evolved?

And have to say, have not seen that question asked. So, i will keep an eye out for it AND see if it gets copied then i will know i dropped a dirty bomb on evolution.

I've seen the video, and I've seen responses from scientists that actually study evolution.

Your question 'why haven't all species evolved?' is one that you can easily answer yourself if you just learn a little about the theory.

All species have evolved, but evolution does not work towards a predetermined goal. Other species are as evolved as we are, but they are evolved to survive in their environmental niche, and they can do it better than us.

As far as we can tell, genetic changes occur randomly via mutation, and natural selection is a filtering process. mutations that increase the likelihood of reproduction are more likely to be passed to the next generation, while mutations that impair reproduction are more likely to be removed from the gene pool. This simple rule is enough to ensure an automatic trend, whereby a genepool is 'pressured' towards adaption.

Aside from mutation, there are other processes that can alter genes (such as horizontal gene transfer) and it's possible there are still processes we have yet to discover.
