For evolution to work, you need to demonstrate a TREE where species gradually morph into various shapes and you cant. It's skeleton is closer to a dinosaur than any modern bird. Go compare for yourself. You compress time into a few million years where theres an explosion of all sorts of animals, basically what we have today...
