When you are charged with a crime you are charged with ALL the particulars of the crime, not just one part of it. Never ever heard of that before because it doesn't happen. You can be found guilty or innocent of any charges in a specific indictment. It is NOT done piecemeal in different trials and I defy anyone here to point me to a case where something like this was done before This was an engineered event. Correct. Although you can be tried criminally and in civil court separately for basically the same offenses. |
