It's getting to the point where I don't like them any longer. I have busted my ass this year covering all the holes they dug over the winter. I hauled in about 10 bucket loads of dirt on my big tractor. A bucket will fill a pick up bed full, that may give you the idea of the extent of the problem. Actually yes. A couple of weeks ago after I filled everything in again we did have a heart to heart. I laid down on the front porch with them and asked kindly to spare an old man a stroke and go dig by the cow tank where I have made an area for them. They are labs and won't even swim in a cow tank.
