It is May. After housing prices for homes has increase like $150,000 over the past two years. All of a sudden, while going into the home buying summer months season, housing prices are starting to drop like a rock by $5-10,000 every month. I think this is the beginning of the end of the hot market.

Furthermore, I work at UHaul. Uhaul is exploding right now. So many people on the move trying to get away from high taxed states. We are running out of and in the process of building more storage. Not tom mention we can hardly keep up with all the tow hitches installs. It is far cheaper to have a hitch install and tow a 8x12, 8x10 than it is to rent a whole moving van. People are choosing to make multiple trips over many days. They are also abandoning larger storage units and downsizing.

Anyways over all UHaul is having trouble with trucks and now trailers going out of contract and basically stolen. We are asking for multiple contact now. But still not tracking devices to keep the cost lower and to not be held liable for the illegal activity that goes on with rented trucks. It is always a shame to get back recovered equipment that has been trashed over several months. You can just see how peoples lives went poof. The fast easy t consume on the ego food, pet supplies, hooker clothing, children clothes, prenatal vitamins, condoms, drug paraphernalia, and drills and locks for busting into places, and piles of general crap that was probably shop lifted as well. The smell is always something bad too. I don't even want to open a cooler to empty it. Just put the whole thing in a bag and dump it.

Anyways, it feels like something is about to break in our society here soon.
