It is not cut and dry, one 'size' fits all. I dated a great girl in high school. Almost married her, she was beautiful and thin, her sisters used to call her 'skinny minney'. Her mother's stature should have given a clue to a future. A big woman she was.

Well circumstances in life as they are, we never got married. She eventually married a classmate of mine. They are still married to this day...3 children.

But, she did indeed become her mother in stature. Some things are genetic, not just diet.

I am a White woman. I started living next to a mental institution and around blacks about 3 years ago due to extreme poverty. There are a ton of druggies, smokers and alcoholics here. No one around here is into working out. Almost everyone is overweight with sloppy figures. I am over 50 and cannot maintain. I am bloated, fat, out of shape and sickly since moving here. I never used to be this way. It was easier to do because I wasn't slam next to degenerates. For me, being around nondegenerates helped me. I strived for better. It was natural. I was like a sponge. I had a great figure although I had to work for it and maintain but I could do it. I have tried my best to do that here, but there is an energy being projected at me, I feel I am sinking down with all the degenerates. I don't, drink, use drugs, smoke, I walk a mile or more 2 to 4 days out of the week and I am becoming more fatigued and tired. I had thought it was my lesson to learn how to not let other people effect me but it is really hard to remain seperate from them and their consciousness. I will have to try harder. It is really hard. At least no one stares at me just approving me for my body. That's all they seemed to want anyway.

You can turn in your positive karma like 3 lifetime paid forward. Cash it it.
