This “agreement” Biden made with WHO give that organization sovereignty powers over all nation-states who join it for WHO to decide what is a pandemic or harmful to the general population and declare an emergency, etc. anything from a virus to a gas shortage to CLIMATE CHANGE can trigger a response from them to make the world do certain things to “combat” it. Of course they don’t want to combat it. They just want the power over us to control us.

IOW, the kinds of things going on in Shanghai can soon come to every nation who signs onto this “agreement.” I think there are 182 countries involved.
