The Supreme Court allowed that it is a Womans' Constitutional right to have an abortion since 1972, even though it doesn't say that in the Constitution, even remotely. But Democrat run States like New York, Illinois, and California, have been able to ban the ownership and/or carry of firearms, by citizens who live in those States. Why doesn't Federal Constitutional law, supercede State law in those cases? They are massively infringing on the 2nd Amendment rights of those citizens. |

According to Black's Law Dictionary, Revised Fourth Edition, 1968, the term "Unalienable," on p. 1693, is specifically defined as "incapable of being aliened, that is, sold or transferred." Whereas "Inalienable," on p. 903, is specifically defined as referring to "those things which cannot be bought or sold or transferred from one person to another, such as rivers and public highways, and certain personal rights." There is a distinct difference between the terms. You can’t legislate the danger away, 100M guns exist, more can be made. The reality is anyone can own a gun, regardless of legal status. THIS bill is about purchases, the next will be about possession once they have “purchase license” on the books. Nature finds balance, governmental interference creates unnatural imbalance. The left feels passionately about abortion, but they have no idea the depths of the feelings behind the right to self defense. If this passes, say goodbye to electricity, running water, and every bridge over every river in the USA. Every federal building and office, every badge and station house, every marked car, and all their families will find things have changed, dramatically. I’ve known this was coming since 1980.
