You may want to know it would have to be a treaty and no president can sign or agree to anything, only the Senate can do this constitutionally and they can sign one that is against our constitutional laws.

If the recent SEC ruling is set correcting the constitutional rights of congress and not the president's use of the SEC which Congress allow since FDR rigged it for himself by putting in activist Judges who would do as he said, yes, he had a dictator type presidency and that is why they changed the law about 2 terms. People don't seem to know what is constitutional and what isn't today. The constitution is written so most people with reading skills can understand it, that is why it is written so people can understand. I would go back to the first Teddy R. FDR cousin who because he loved Yellowstone, made it into a national park but that isn't his right as the executive nor is it right for the Congress it was a state right not federal. It was not for a fort, a road for the military to go from place to place, it wasn't for railroads or anything that is needed for people, no it was not their right to take what the constitution did not grant them. The federal government is not supposed to own anything outside what they were given under the constitution. This is something the states they are in could benefit from no one else. They can keep it in a park if they choose.

I do not care if he is Republican or Democrat if they are unconstitutional in their duty, they need to be brought back into line with our constitution so our rights and citizens of the United States of America and our state keep our rights.

I am totally for state rights because this is the way the constitution was set up for the Union of States to become a country. It is an agreement of little countries becoming states yet are independent in some form. This is why we have our own constitutions, plus the Bill of Rights, all are supposed to have a Republic form of Government. That does not mean republican.
