Yes, you can talk to your children before they are born. The mother should be able to do this. They will also let you know what they need nutrition wise and other things.

I will add that when it comes to naming I always hear a name. Certain people are able to hear and name children or animals.

Yes. My pets always tell their names. Never had a child but my pets are loved as such. That is a good idea.
