I don't think that's fair at all.

Unless your baby really needs a specific formula for a valid reason, you should be buying whatever formula is available. Some parents are picky for the wrong reason(s)

There are many who cant lactate.

There are many who dont understand what else to do.

There are many who's babies probably reject anything else.

There are most likely many who gave their baby something else and it made them sick.

There are most likely many who are afraid to make their own.

I mentioned before I'm fortunate to be a housewife and have created a small group of housewives in my little town. Lately we've been helping each other and have little poy luck dinners where we swap/barter items and such. A few women are trading their pumped breastmilk for things like cloth diaper laundering, fresh eggs, etc. This is a great time to get "back to basics" and get to know your neighbors.

That's awesome. You are so right and not just for baby food. When the shit goes down again neighbors are gonna have to look out for one another.

Adopted children, foster care babies, preemies, mothers who are unable to nurse for some medical reason, women who must work - there are many reasons people use formula.

Yeah its so easy these days to just dump on the mothers. This is a real problem for people and the gov dont give a damn.

Like the other poster said, just some years ago babies were started on cereal at three months and mashed solids at six months and cows milk at six months. It sounds like nowadays children up to one year get mostly formula? I never bought one package og formula.
Back then a child could survive fine even with mashed solids plus water if need be. We had small hand operated food grinders that we even could take with us on a trip.

Yes. Seems women have no idea what those two big chest glands which swell up in pregnancy are meant to do.

This will get worse because these measly pallets of formula being airlifted are a drop in the bucket.

I agree. How hard is it to make some kind of liquid food to feed an infant? Really, these people should not have babies at all.

Fake news story or this is the national guard with really messy hair do's allowed for week end troops. . When I was in the service women where not allowed to wear pony tails or braids. Our hair could only hang lose down to the collar. Yet, I see clearly fat women as well, wearing their hair out of compliance. Most the men look like they could use a hair cut too. Did you see that one skinny guy with long wavy locks. No way would that be allowed in the regular military. Or even the black man with dread locks. Yes, natural African American do's were OK for black women, but not men.

It pretty well known that breast milk can transmit a host of illnesses to children. Moreover, over doses occur more frequently than thought due to the mother being a drug user and her breast milk containing narcotics.

Perhaps this is another way to poison babies not eligible for the vaccine.

If the mother was vaccinated, perhaps she could spread whatever nefarious contaminants to the child as well. Either way, this shortage was engineered.

My theory is the COVID vaccine was suppose to confuse everyone as to were the Covid virus was coming from. Remember we saw and up-tic with vaccines and not the reverse. I think people were suppose to be dropping dead from the fake plandemic. Only the natural immune system of people adapted quickly and the CV became a dud plandemic.
