Psychos prefer soft targets so that they can get the most kills and the least resistance.
Dylan Roof = church filled with christain elderly black people
Stephen Paddock = shot a bunch of concert goers from a great height
Payton Gendron = Black people grocery shopping
Brenton Harrison Tarrant = Mosque worshippers
Anders Behring Breivik = teenage youth camp
