Time to require 50% of school employees to carry sidearms.

A quota, necessary to provide a safe environment, that a minimum of 50% of school employees are equipped to respond to attacks, whether by random assailants, or sponsored and influenced attacks.

Requiring this may change political influence as expressed in employment, as the current balance likely employs no where near 50% employees inclined to take such responsibility.
