Did dis shooter have any parents? How can a kid become a soul-less assassin without their parents knowing? Are they so distant from each other?

The drugs numb the senses and if they stop taking the drugs, there's a period of time the patient is in withdraw, and completely lacks compassion. It's a known fact. Most of these shooters were on these deadly drugs at some point.
