Fetal foreskin tissue bandages?

Okay, so I have a wound on the bottom of my foot and it's not healing right. I'm seeing a wound specialist and they said the next step would be a fetal foreskin dressing.

I asked about it and they said it's basically what it sounds like. It's amazing for healing.

So where do they get these fetal foreskins from?

It just seems off to me.

So what about fetal foreskin tissue bandages?

Are they from aborted babies? From newborns? They just collect them? I'm so curious about this. I had no idea such a thing existed.
