The governor really isn't doing anything about this situation though. All governors of all states. We need to make our schools safer. How do we do that? I don't know. I'm not an expert. We need to find a solution that works. If the shooter was bullied in school and online then we need to figure out how to prevent in person bullying and online bullying. Bullying doesn't benefit anyone.
