he didn't invent anything.

he made a electrolyser and dangerously put it into a vehicle and then expected a non hydrogen converted/made engine to run on it.

just a hydrogen bomb waiting to explode.

have a look on youtube, you will find thousands of engines running off HHO/browns gas or hydrogen.

water powered? is he saying he burns water as fuel? coz that does not work. water is exhaust not fuel. it's like saying somebody invented a machine that uses carbon dioxide for fuel. carbon dioxide is exhaust not fuel. very similar chemical reactions in each case. hydrogen plus oxygen makes water, releasing energy. hydrogen is fuel, oxygen is oxidizer, water is exhaust. carbon plus oxygen makes carbon dioxide releasing energy. carbon is fuel, oxygen is oxidizer, carbon dioxide is exhaust. you can't use exhaust as fuel coz it is already "exhausted", the energy is released by the burning to make the exhaust from the fuel and the oxidizer
