I was recently without power for three days, and the level of workmanship I saw from the "Blue Collar" folks to get our power back on was astounding. You all are the ones that make our society function. We could not survive without you. Our stupid-ass society praises the Harvard, Stanford, Columbia, etc. assholes, but we CANNOT survive without the Blue Collar workers that make our society tick. Plain and simple, society takes you for granted. The hard work you do that an engineer/Chemist/Doctor/Teacher/Lawyer etc.. would NEVER or even COULD ever do, that ultimately makes our lives so comfortable. Steelworkers, Truck drivers, Utility Workers, Farmers, Miners etc... you all have my undying respect.
