Family is everything. Positive, loving upbringing with a balanced level of discipline is all but gone. More and more cases of kids with mental illness doing this sort of thing makes me wonder where are the parents or caregivers, and what is their role in someone like this kid turning out like he did? People are not caring for their troubled kids. They're on their phones. They are absent, not involved in their kids' lives. They aren't teaching right from wrong. They aren't acting like responsible adults and modeling good behavior.
