What does this mean?

"My son is playing some random riddle drawing?"
What is a random riddle DRAWING?

It’s some app or something that people submit their answer and they win something

I’m not sure though, he just sent me a pic of the riddle

K. Here are my thoughts.
It says WHO am I?
Who implies real or fictional character, ie Teddy Roosevelt, Trump, Batman, etc. It could also be something like nurse, teacher, etc.

Once yours, yours to keep, can't be returned, but CAN be gifted IF I DON'T FIT.

Who on God's green Earth can be gifted? If they don't FIT. Fit could mean fit in.

And who can be kept and not returned, but gifted? A baby?

just throwing thoughts out there in the hope that others can build on it.

I was thinking cards too, I think what’s throwing this off is Who am I, which we are all thinking it must be a person.

I was also thinking wedding ring but it doesn’t fit slow hands and low battery or one size

"Shoes" almost fit. I also thought about a tennis racket. Both of these things come in different sizes. Hockey sticks and baseball bats also almost work.

I think the "who am I" is just a part of riddles and not overly specific to "who". I've seen it used before when the subject is clearly a "what" instead of "who".

How about a battleship returning from mission.

Hands are tired - sailors tired
Battery is low - artillery low
A little love to shine - deck hands cleaning, painting, polishing
Racked and stacked with the best of them - in a group of warships
Hold my own - solo mission
Once I’m “yours” can’t return - we paid for it with our taxes so it’s “ours” (may be a stretch)
I could be gifted if I don’t fit - Captain turning command over to local pilot in tight port.
I only come in one size - big???
